Coming into operation: 12th October 2009

The Department of the Environment makes the following Bye-Laws in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 65(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981[^f00001].

Citation and commencement

These Bye-Laws may be cited as the Taxis (Coleraine, Portstewart and Portrush) (Amendment) Bye-Laws (Northern Ireland) 2009 and shall come into operation on 12th October 2009.

Bye-Laws amended

For the Schedule to the Taxis (Coleraine, Portstewart and Portrush) Bye-Laws (Northern Ireland) 1999[^f00002] substitute—
