The Department for Social Development[^f00001] makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 11B of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1988[^f00002]:

The review shall be carried out by a person who was not involved in the original decision and is senior to the officer who made that decision.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations make provision for the procedure to be followed by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in connection with a review of its decision on an application for homelessness assistance under Part II of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 as to:-
