The Department of the Environment makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1(3) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 2007[^f00001].
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (2007 Order) (Commencement No. 5) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012.
Amendment
2
In the Schedule to the Road Traffic (2007 Order) (Commencement No. 5) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010[^f00002]—
- (a) for the entry “Article 51” substitute “Article 51 (1) to (5)”; and
- (b) for the entry “Article 52 (1) to (5)” substitute “Article 52”.
