Superannuation (Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice in Northern Ireland) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012

The Department of Finance and Personnel makes the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 3(4) and (7) of the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972[^f00001] and now vested in it[^f00002].
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice in Northern Ireland) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012, and shall come into operation on 14th March 2012.
Addition to list of offices
2
There shall be added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 with effect from 1st February 2012, the office of Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice in Northern Ireland[^f00003].

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order adds the office of Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice in Northern Ireland to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 for which the Department of Finance and Personnel may make pension schemes.
