Coming into operation: 31st August 2013

In accordance with that Article, the Department of the Environment has had regard, amongst other things, to the sulphur content of the fuels described in regulation 2.

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 and shall come into operation on 31st August 2013.
