EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order amends an error in section 113A(6E)(b)(ii) of the Police Act 1997 in relation to the reference to a person aged under 18 years of age. It corrects the existing reference of “aged 18 or under” so that the substituted reference of “aged under 18” reads consistently with the words “aged under 18” in paragraphs (c)(ii) and (d).
This Order comes into operation on 8th July 2014.
