The Department for Infrastructure[^f00001], makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(2) of the Roads (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010[^f00002].
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Roads (Miscellaneous Provisions) (2010 Act) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2017.
Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Roads (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010 specified in the Schedule is 4th September 2017.
