The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs makes the following Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 2(2) of, and paragraph 1A of Schedule 2 to, the European Communities Act 1972[^f00006] and section 30(2) of the Fisheries Act 1981[^f00007] and now vested in it[^f00008].
