Coming into operation-: 11th January 2018

The Department for the Economy, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 5(1) of the Education (Unrecognised Degrees) (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 , and now vested in it makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Bodies) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018 and shall come into operation on 11th January 2018.

Recognised Bodies

The bodies listed in the Schedule are designated as bodies appearing to the Department to be recognised bodies for the purposes of the Education (Unrecognised Degrees) (Northern Ireland) Order 1988.

Revocation

3

The Education (Recognised Bodies) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 is revoked.
