The Mental Capacity (Deprivation of Liberty) (Amendment) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020

Coming into operation: 10th July 2020
The Department of Health[^f00001], in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(4) and 297(3), paragraph 5(1)(a) of Schedule 1, paragraph 1(2) and 3(1)(a) of Schedule 2 and paragraph 3(1)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Mental Capacity Act (Northern Ireland) 2016[^f00002], makes the following Regulation:
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Mental Capacity (Deprivation of Liberty) (Amendment) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 and shall come into operation on 10th July 2020.
Revocation

The Mental Capacity (Deprivation of Liberty) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 are revoked.
