The Department of Health[^f00001], in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 42, 106(b) and 107(6) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972[^f00002], in conjunction with the Department of Finance[^f00003], makes the following Regulations:
Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Provision of Health Services to Persons Not Ordinarily Resident (Amendment) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 and shall come into operation on 9th March 2020.
Revocation
2
The Provision of Health Services to Persons Not Ordinarily Resident (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2019 are revoked.
