The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs[^f00001] makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(B) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967[^f00002].
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Sea Fishing (Licences and Notices) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 and come into operation on 17th March 2020.
Interpretation
2
The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954[^f00003] applies to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
Revocation
3
The Sea Fishing (Licences and Notices) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2019[^f00004] are hereby revoked.
