Coming into operation in accordance with Regulation 1(2)

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs[^f00001] make these Regulations in exercise of powers conferred by section 11 of, and Part 1C of Schedule 2, to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018[^f00002]

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11 of, and Part 1C of schedule 2, to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. They deal with matters arising out of, or related to the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland in the EU withdrawal agreement
