The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 170 and 177(2) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993[^f00001] and now vested in it[^f00002].

The Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (General Levy) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020[^f00004] are revoked.

These Regulations revoke the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (General Levy) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020.
