Coming into operation: 31st March 2020

The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 170 and 177(2) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993[^f00001] and now vested in it[^f00002].

Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (General Levy) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 and shall come into operation on 31st March 2020.

(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954[^f00003] shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.

Revocation

The Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (General Levy) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020[^f00004] are revoked.
