The Department of Education, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(3) of the Addressing Bullying in Schools Act (Northern Ireland) 2016[^f00001], makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Addressing Bullying in Schools (2016 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021

Appointed Day

The provisions of the Addressing Bullying in School Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 shall come into operation on 1st September 2021.
