In accordance with section 6 (3) of that Act, the Department of Finance has consulted the Statistics Board [^f00003].
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Official Statistics (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2021.
Interpretation

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 [^f00004] shall apply to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
Amendments to the Official Statistics Order (Northern Ireland) 2012

The Official Statistics Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 [^f00005] is amended in accordance with Article 4.

In the Schedule to the Official Statistics Order (Northern Ireland) 2012, where alphabetically appropriate, insert the persons listed in the Schedule to this Order.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order amends The Official Statistics Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 (″the Order″) by the addition to the Schedule of the persons specified in the Schedule to this Order.
A regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this statutory rule as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
