Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Establishment and Agencies (Fitness of Workers) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 and shall come into operation on 23rd July 2021.
Revocation

The Establishment and Agencies (Fitness of Workers) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 [^f00002] are revoked.
