This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 (Commencement No 15) Order 2021.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings into operation provisions in the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015.

Article 2 brings paragraph 7 of Schedule 2 to the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 into operation on type=start slip=2021-10-01 time=163403169393619th August 2021type=end slip=2021-10-01 time=1634031693936 to amend Section 72(2)(b) of the Social Security Administration Act (NI) 1992 with regard to recovery of overpayments of Universal Credit.
