The Department of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8 and 11 of the Northern Ireland (Executive Formation etc.) Act 2019[^f00001], makes the following Order:

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order amends the General Register Office (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016 to prescribe the fee under the Marriage and Civil Partnership (Northern Ireland) (No.2) Regulations 2020 relating to the signing of a conversion declaration for the conversion of a civil partnership to a marriage and a marriage to a civil partnership.
