The Department of Health[^f00001], in exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(3) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2016[^f00002], makes the following Order.

Citation

This order may be cited as the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) (2016 Act) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021.

Provisions coming into operation on 1st February 2022

1st February 2022 is the appointed day for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2016-

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This commencement Order is made by the Department of Health under section 20(3) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 (“the Act”).

It brings into operation the following provisions on 1st February 2022.
