The Licensing (Designation of Outdoor Stadia) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021

Coming into operation: 1st May 2021
The Department for Communities[^f00001],makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 2AA(c) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996[^f00002], and now vested in it[^f00003].
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing (Designation of Outdoor Stadia) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2021.

Drumbo Park Stadium at 57 Ballyskeagh Road, Lisburn, BT27 5TEis designated as a stadium which is of importance to the whole of Northern Ireland.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations designate Drumbo Park Stadium at 57 Ballyskeagh Road, Lisburn, BT27 5TE as a stadium which is of importance to the whole of Northern Ireland. This designation allows Drumbo Park Stadium to apply to the Courts for a liquor licence at the stadium.
