The Department of Health[^f00001] makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 40(7) and 48(2) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003[^f00002]:

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations amend Regulation 6 of the Regulation and Improvement Authority (Fees and Frequency of Inspections) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 by setting a new statutory minimum period for inspections of Dental Practices.
