Made: 23rd March 2022

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 57(4)(a) of the Agriculture Act 2020[^f00001], makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Agriculture (2020 Act)(Commencement No. 1) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2022.

Provisions of the Act coming into operation on 28th March 2022

The day appointed for the coming into operation of paragraph 8 of Part 2 of Schedule 6 (exceptional market conditions: powers available to DAERA) to the Agriculture Act 2020 is 28th March 2022.
