Coming into operation: 7th April 2022

The Department for Communities[^f00001] makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 52B(6), 52C(6) and 52D(10) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996[^f00002] and now vested in it[^f00003].

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing (Notice Relating to Local Producer’s Licence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2022 and shall come into operation on 7th April 2022.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations prescribe the notice relating to the sale and consumption of intoxicating liquor that producers of intoxicating liquor must display at their own premises and when selling from other licensed and unlicensed premises, and the information the notices must contain.
