The Shellfish Gathering (Conservation) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2026

Coming into operation: 6th February 2026

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs[^f00001] makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 124(1) and (2) of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966[^f00002] and now vested in it.

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Shellfish Gathering (Conservation) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2026 and come into operation on 6 February 2026.

Revocation

The Shellfish Gathering (Conservation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2026[^f00003] are hereby revoked.
