The Scottish Water, Prevention of Water Pollution (Milngavie Waterworks) Byelaws Extension Order 2003

Coming into force: 10th November 2003

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(4) of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Scottish Water, Prevention of Water Pollution (Milngavie Waterworks) Byelaws Extension Order 2003 and shall come into force on 10th November 2003.

The period during which the Strathclyde Regional Council, Prevention of Water Pollution (Milngavie Waterworks) Byelaws 1993[^f00002] are to remain in force is hereby extended to 11th November 2004.
