The Scottish Water, Prevention of Water Pollution (Loch Katrine, Loch Arklet, Glen Finglas) Byelaws Extension Order 2004

Coming into force: 10th November 2004

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(4) of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Scottish Water, Prevention of Water Pollution (Loch Katrine, Loch Arklet, Glen Finglas) Byelaws Extension Order 2004 and shall come into force on 10th November 2004.

Extension

The period during which the Strathclyde Regional Council, Prevention of Water Pollution (Loch Katrine, Loch Arklet, Glen Finglas) Byelaws 1993[^f00002] are to remain in force is hereby extended to 11th May 2006.
