The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 18(4) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Amendment of Specified Authorities) Order 2005 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Amendment of list of specified authorities

  • Risk Management Authority

; and

  • Scottish University for Industry

; and

  • Scottish Further Education Funding Council
  • Scottish Higher Education Funding Council

; and

  • Parole Board for Scotland
  • Royal Fine Art Commission for Scotland

; and

  • Central Advisory Committee on Justices of the Peace (Scotland)
  • Common Services Agency for the Scottish Health Service

; and

  • any National Health Service trust
  • Parole Board for Scotland

This Order amends the list of specified authorities contained in schedule 2 to the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003.
