The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000[^f00001] hereby make the following Order:
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (Codes of Conduct for Members of certain Scottish Public Authorities) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st April 2006.
Specification of certain Scottish public authorities

The Scottish public authorities[^f00002] specified for the purposes of Part 4 of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 are those listed in the Schedule to these Regulations.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order specifies certain Scottish public authorities for the purposes of Part 4 of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000. In terms of Part 4 of that Act the Scottish Ministers will require to issue a code of conduct in respect of the conduct of members of the Scottish public authorities specified by this Order.
