The Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2008
Made: 3rd June 2008
Laid before the Scottish Parliament: 6th June 2008
Coming into force: 30th June 2008
They are satisfied as to the matters mentioned in section 38(5) of that Act.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2008 and comes into force on 30th June 2008.
Additions to the list of prescribed conservation bodies

Part II of the Schedule to the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003[^f00002] (other bodies) is amended by inserting, in the appropriate places according to alphabetical order, the following bodies:–
- Dundee Historic Environment Trust;
- Inverness City Heritage Trust;
- Sir Henry Wade’s Pilmuir Trust.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003 by adding Dundee Historic Environment Trust, Inverness City Heritage Trust and Sir Henry Wade’s Pilmuir Trust to the list of prescribed conservation bodies. Conservation bodies are bodies in favour of whom it is competent to create a conservation burden under section 38(1) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003.
