The Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st April 2008.

Amendment of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2003

In regulation 3(1) of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2003[^f00003] for “£24.00” substitute “£25.00”.

Revocation

The Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007[^f00004] are revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations provide for an increase to £25.00 (previously £24.00) in the fee payable by undertakers for inspections of their work by road works authorities in Scotland under regulation 3(1) of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2003 and revokes a previous instrument which increased the fees in 2007.
