The Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 2008 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2009
Made: 17th September 2009
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section76(1) of the Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 2008[^f00001].
Citation and interpretation

- (1) This Order may be cited as the Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 2008 (Commencement No.3) Order 2009.
- (2) “the Act” means the Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 2008.
Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act specified in column1 of the Schedule (the subject matter of each provision being mentioned in column2) is 1st October 2009.
