The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section26(2)(i) of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Additional Support for Learning (Sources of Information) (Scotland) Order2010 and comes into force on 16th August 2010.

Publication of information by education authority

For the purposes of section 26(2)(i) of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 (power to specify additional sources of information), the persons specified are—

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order specifies persons from which parents of children having additional support needs and young persons having such needs can obtain advice, further information and support in relation to the provision for such needs, including such support and advocacy as is referred to in section 14 of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004.
