The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section59(2) of the Planningetc. (Scotland) Act 2006[^f00001].

This Order may be cited as the Planningetc. (Scotland) Act2006 (Commencement No.11) Order 2010.
Commencement

Section54(18)(a) (further amendment of the principal Act) of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 comes into force on 16th December 2010.
Amendment of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Commencement No.10) Order 2010

- (1) The Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Commencement No.10) Order 2010[^f00002] is amended in accordance with paragraph(2).
- (2) In column1 of the Schedule for “(18)(a) and (b)(i)” substitute “(18)(b)(i)”.
