The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon them by section 57(2) of the Representation of the People Act 1983[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Act of Sederunt appoints three judges to hear registration appeals under section 57 of the Representation of the People Act 1983. It revokes the Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 2009, which previously made such provision.
