Coming into force: 1st September 2011

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph2(2) of schedule 2 to the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Local Licensing Forum) (Scotland) Order 2011 and comes into force on 1st September 2011.

Amendment of maximum number of members of a local licensing forum

In paragraph 2(1) of schedule 2 to the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, for “20” substitute “21”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order increases the maximum number of members in a local licensing forum from 20 to 21.
