Coming into force in accordance with article 1

In accordance with section 133(2)[^f00002] of that Act a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.

Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) (No.2) Order 2011 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it was made.

Modifications to the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005

Section 78(5) of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005[^f00003] (meaning of “relevant premises”) is amended as follows:—

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order makes consequential modifications to the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 in connection with the commencement of Parts 5 and 6 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010.
