The Legal Profession and Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 2007 (Membership of the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission) Amendment Order 2014
Made: 21st October 2014
Coming into force: 22nd October 2014
In accordance with section 79(3) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Legal Profession and Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 2007 (Membership of the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission) Amendment Order 2014 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
Membership of the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission

Paragraph 2 of schedule 1 to the Legal Profession and Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 2007 is amended as follows—
- (a) in sub-paragraph (1)(b), for “11” substitute “8”;
- (b) in sub-paragraph (3), for “6” substitute “5”;
- (c) in sub-paragraph (4) for “5” substitute “3”.
