The Conservation of Salmon (Annual Close Time and Catch and Release) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2014

Coming into force: 9th January 2015
In accordance with paragraphs 10, 11, 12 and 14(1) of schedule 1 to that Act they have consulted such persons as they considered appropriate, directed that notice be given of the general effect of these Regulations and considered representations and objections made.
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Conservation of Salmon (Annual Close Time and Catch and Release) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2014 and come into force on 9th January 2015.

In the Schedule to the Conservation of Salmon (Annual Close Time and Catch and Release) (Scotland) Regulations 2014[^f00002], in the entry for the Urr Salmon Fishery District (numbered 50), in column 3, for “[31st October] [29th November]” substitute “30th November”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations amend the Conservation of Salmon (Annual Close Time and Catch and Release) (Scotland) Regulations 2014 to correct a typographical error in entry number 50 (Urr Salmon Fishery District) of the Schedule to those Regulations.
