In accordance with section 52(3) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Bus Travel Concession Scheme for Older and Disabled Persons (Scotland) Amendment Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st April 2015.

; (f) for the financial year beginning on 1st April 2015 £202,000,000; and (g) for the financial year beginning on 1st April 2016 £212,000,000

; (c) 57.1% for the financial year beginning on 1st April 2015; and (d) 56.9% for the financial year beginning on 1st April 2016

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order amends article 12 of the National Bus Travel Concession Scheme for Older and Disabled Persons (Scotland) Order 2006 to set the capped level of funding and the reimbursement rate for the financial years 2015/16 and 2016/17 (article 2).
