In accordance with section 79(2)(b) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Scottish Tribunals (Listed Tribunals) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 24th April 2017.
Amendment of the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014

In schedule 1 of the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014, omit—
- (a) paragraph 3; and
- (b) paragraph 13(3).

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations remove the Crofting Commission and its functions from the tribunals listed in schedule 1 of the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014.
