The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 87(1)(a) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation, commencement and extent

Prescribed police stations

The Police Service of Scotland police stations listed in schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of section 87(1)(a) (method of notification and related matters) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
