Section 32A(2) was amended by paragraph 51 of schedule 4 of the Health Act 1999 (c.8) (“the 1999 Act”) and section 26(7) of the Smoking, Health and Social Care (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 13) (“the 2005 Act”). Section 32B(1) was amended by paragraph 52 of schedule 4 of the 1999 Act, and paragraph 1 of schedule 3 of the 2005 Act.
