The Education (Listed Bodies) (Scotland) Order 2018

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 216(2) of the Education Reform Act 1988[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation, commencement and extent

• (1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Listed Bodies) (Scotland) Order 2018 and comes into force on 31st January 2018.

• (2) This Order extends to Scotland only.

Listed bodies

The bodies listed in the schedule comprise all those bodies which appear to the Scottish Ministers to fall within section 216(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988.

Revocation

The Education (Listed Bodies) (Scotland) Order 2007[^f00002] and the Education (Listed Bodies) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2009[^f00003] are revoked.
