In accordance with section 99(2) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (Modification) (No. 2) Revocation Order 2020 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
Revocation

The Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (Modification) (No. 2) Order 2019[^f00002] is revoked.
