The Scottish National Investment Bank Act 2020 (Commencement) Regulations 2020

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 35(2) of the Scottish National Investment Bank Act 2020[^f00001].
Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Scottish National Investment Bank Act 2020 (Commencement) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 16 September 2020.
Appointed day
2
16 September 2020 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the Scottish National Investment Bank Act 2020, so far as not already in force.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The Bill for the Scottish National Investment Bank Act 2020 (“the Act”) received Royal Assent on 25 February 2020. Sections 34 to 36 came into force on the following day. These Regulations bring the remaining provisions of the Act into force on 16September2020.
