Coming into force: at 6.00 a.m. on 2nd November 2020
In accordance with paragraph 6(2) and (3) of schedule 19 of the Act, the Scottish Ministers are of the opinion that, by reason of urgency, it is necessary to make these Regulations without a draft having been laid before, and approved by, a resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Local Levels) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2020 and come into force at 6.00 a.m. on 2 November 2020.

In paragraph 1(2)(m) of schedule 3 of the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Local Levels) (Scotland) Regulations 2020[^f00002] (requirement to close certain premises in a Level 2 area to members of the public), omit “or amusement arcade”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations (which come into force at 6 a.m. on 2 November 2020) amend the restrictions and requirements in the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Local Levels) (Scotland) Regulations 2020.
They amend the Level 2 restrictions provided for in those Regulations, to remove amusement arcades in a Level 2 area from the requirement to close to the public.
