Accordingly, Her Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (Appointment of Chief Inspector) Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st April 2021.
Appointment of Chief Inspector

Robert Dickson Scott, QFSM is appointed as the Chief Inspector of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
Revocation
3
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (Appointment of Chief Inspector) Order 2018[^f00002] is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order appoints Robert Dickson Scott, QFSM as the Chief Inspector of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
Article 3 revokes the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (Appointment of Chief Inspector) Order 2018.
