The Coronavirus (Extension and Expiry) (Scotland) Act 2021 (Evidence) (Saving Provision) Regulations 2021

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Coronavirus (Extension and Expiry) (Scotland) Act 2021 .
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Coronavirus (Extension and Expiry) (Scotland) Act 2021 (Evidence) (Saving Provision) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 30 September 2021.
Evidence admitted before the end of 30 September 2021 – saving provision

Despite section 2(4)(a) of the Coronavirus (Extension and Expiry) (Scotland) Act 2021, paragraph 11 of schedule 4 of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 continues in effect in relation to evidence of a statement admitted before the end of 30 September 2021.
