The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2021

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 87(1)(a) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 25 October 2021.
Amendment of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Regulations 2017

- (1) The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 are amended as follows.
- (2) In schedule 1 (list of police stations in Scotland), for the entry relating to Alloa Police Station, substitute—
Alloa Police Station Kilncraigs Building Greenside Street Alloa FK10 1EB
